I chose this hotel based on reviews that mentioned how quiet it was—and it definitely delivered on that. The location is fantastic: walking distance to everything, and the rooms are modern and recently updated, which was exactly what I was looking for. However, my experience took a turn when I arrived just after midnight on February 22, 2025. The staff was friendly and promptly showed me to my room, but once I took a look around, I noticed spider webs and spiders near the nightstand and even a bug on my pillow. It felt like the room hadn’t been properly cleaned for a while—possibly due to the low season. I asked the staff the next morning to deep-clean the room and replace the pillow, and they did respond quickly and took care of it. Unfortunately, that night I noticed another bug on the pillow. I sent a photo to some friends to make sure I wasn’t overreacting, and they all agreed—it looked like a bedbug. I also looked online and, sadly, the pictures matched. I uploaded a photo so you can judge for yourself. If it weren’t for the bedbug issue, I would’ve easily rated this place 5 stars. It has so much going for it—but cleanliness, especially when it comes to bedding, is a non-negotiable for me.

This is maybe my 10th or 11th stay at the hotel. Service is always excellent. The rooms are nice. And it is in an excellent location, very quiet but close to bars, restaurants and the beach.

Small and friendly boutique hotel. The pool was lovely, nice quiet area and easy to walk around. The rooms need fridge in them but otherwise was brilliant.

Quite location and relatively close to the busy part of seminyak. Pool is not too big but not too small whicj is amazjng. Their shower has strong water pressure which is good. One rhings is thay their cushions on my beds were too stinky that I had to put them away.

It was very neat and clean but there is no fridge in the room which was incredibly inconvenient in such a hot climate. There is no working kitchen so I had to go out for every meal and there is no elevator, only stairs to the second level.

My favourite place to stay in Bali. Service is always excellent and the staff are amazing. And it is in a quiet location but very close to bars, restaurants and Seminyak Beach is a short walk.

Staff is extremely good and location. What i didn't like is there's no fridge in the room only one comunial fridge inthe lobby.blocked shower head and bathroom not soo clean and underneath the bed was really dusty and dirty.

Excellent location many restaurants, shops, close to the beach. Staff were extremely lovely and the room included a very comfortable king size. The shower was very spacious. There is a lovely swimming pool and you can heard the birds singing in the afternoon. Breakfast not included, there is a kitchen facilities so you can prepare tour own breakfast Overall i highly recommend this hotel

Was really close to some nice cafes and markets, within 15 minutes walking from Seminyak beach. We were quite early arriving so our room was not ready, however we could keep our suitcases in safe room downstairs whilst we went exploring. Staff were lovely and helpful, including taking all our suitcases up many flights of stairs. Nice pool and balcony. We also checked out very early at 1:30am in the morning and staff were ok with this. :)
