The Horison is ideally located close to many restaurants and shops. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach and there is a convenience store just outside the hotel on the corner of the street. There are several good places to get a cheap massage on the same street as the hotel. The hotel has a great roof top terrace with sunbeds (towels provided) a spa pool and bar. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They take pride in their work and don't pass you without saying hello. The hotel has a nice restaurant where the food was good and reasonably priced. Rooms were spacious and clean. My room had good air conditioning, a fridge and serviced daily. I highly recommend this hotel.

Overall the stay was great. However I did have an incident where I got back to my room at the end of the day and straight away noticed my suitcase lock was set to “000”. Meaning someone tried to get into my case while I was out as I vividly remember shuffling the code before leaving like I always do. Felt abit uneasy after that.
