Good 3-star hotel. Perfect location in Bole. Super friendly staff. Pleasant room with decent bed. I only took the breakfast once and it was fine. When I stayed there was lots of noisy construction right outside the hotel, including throughout the night and well into the morning - especially noticeable at the back where I was. The hotel is on a dirt road so be aware during rain it gets quite muddy.

Well located local, close to good restaurants. UN ECA is next door. Internet speed fair. Helpful staff. Very warm swimming pool which is nice for kids. 10th floor restaurant is reasonably priced. Big and well equipped gym. Good choice of food for breakfast. Lots of ATMs in the lobby and nearby. I would definitely stay there again. However, on the downside, although the rooms were clean, the hotel needs to be refurbished (change in curtains and some repairs here and there). But overall very food
