I summary, it was a funtastic stay. The room was impeccably clean. The bed is super comfortable. The view from the room at the 7th floor was pretty good. The hotel is very close to the Sendai morning market, where I bought tasty rice balls for breakfast (you can buy fruits etc too). Only minor complaint is that they offer only instant coffee in the room, but I think that my stay was excellent overall! I will definitely come back if I have a chance to come back to Sendai.

流石に他のビジネスホテルとは格が違いました。建物は年季が入っているようですが、キチンとリノベーションされていて不足は全くないです。あえて不満点を探すなら大浴場が無いこと。でも部屋の風呂も広く快適。朝食も美味しく雰囲気も近隣ホテルとは比べ物にならないと思いました。
