Overall a pretty average hotel which is on the more expensive side, frustratingly the front desk staff seem to be MIA quite often at busy times.

Great location, needs a refresh

The hotel is an easy walk from the JR station. The lobby has amenities that you can take to your room. The room is quite small and the carpet needs a steam clean. The double bed is small and firm. Only one pillow per person is provided.

We stayed at OneFive Sendai for 2 nights. We had only reserved 1 night but our plans changed and they were able to accommodate us. The room was quite spacious and we liked that it was clean and newer. Bathroom had a huge countertop which was unusual for Japan and we loved it!

숙소 위치나 객실은 괜찮음. 근데 리셉션 직원들이 엄청 무뚝뚝하고 (예를 들면, 웃으면서 손님 응대하는 직원이 거의 없음. 리셉션에 아무도 없어서 한참을 기다리는데 벨 같은 것도 없고.. 한참 뒤에 천천히 나와서 무표정으로 응대해주는 태도 등) 조식 뷔페는 나쁘지 않음. 다만 1번 이상 먹을 수준을 아님. 또한 8시가 안된 시각쯤이었는데도 다 소진된 음식과 음료, 식기들을 채워 놓을 생각을 안함. 08시30분 오는 손님들은 못 먹는 음식들이 많을듯.

Property was OK, it looks better in the picture. The stuff is not too friendly. It’s walking distance to the train station. Overall is not too bad.

Staff were poor. Pointless doing the pre check in, check in… because when you get there the QR code isn’t needed… you go to the staff and they move you to a machine… it asks for QR code, then staff come over and make you input all your info…. So what’s the point of the QR code and pre check in?
