Our check in was slow , there was only one woman doing her best with a long line . We arrived in our room to find dirty beds , appeared to not have been changed . We had to return to the front desk and an even longer line . Front desk clerk was apologetic and provided a new room but again the long was long and we waited over 20 min . Overall disappointing experience for a Hilton

We ended up booking and arriving same day. We were not able to check in early (arrived a little after 12) and were not given any suggestions by the staff as to where to go to kill time (check-in was at 3). The caulk in our shower needs to be replaced and it looked like someone flung and smeared boogers all over the wallpaper in the bathroom. It definitely needed to be cleaned. The continental breakfast was the same as you would get at any average standard hotel. I actually would suggest going out for breakfast, it wasn't worth the free option. It was appreciated in a pinch, but if you have options, seek options.
