Great place for families.
Lasania resort was a place I stopped on my cycle tour around Jeju. I stayed in the newer part of the complex and it was fantastic - clean, smart and had everything I needed. The pool was great, nice staff, fantastic facilities. They also have a 7-11, restaurant and entertainment room on the complex - overall I was really impressed.

Close to the Beach
The hotel is very far from the attractions at jeju. Luckily we were driving. Hence, it was easier to travel. Else, we would be stuck there with nothing to do. There are no nearby eateries except a BBQ shop. We have to travel far to find for restaurants. I was expecting a beautiful view from our room as I booked the family room. However, there were constructions ongoing. Room cleaning service were also not available.

The pictures and information on the website are not even close to the reality when you get to the hotel. I don't know how they call this a resort. Totally disappointed. I will not stay again.

싼맛에 이용하실분이용하시고 미흡한부분도 많아용
특가로 21평 받았구요 와이프랑 딸둘 같이 숙박했었고 청결이 조금 미흡했구 아무래도 좀된곳이다보니 그를려니하고 사용했구 저렴하겐 이용했으요 놀이방 이라는데 암튼 있어여~ ^^

Never consider to stay in this resort!
If the rating of this resort is from 0~10 (Worst to Best), I will give them a negative rating -3. The reason why we booked this resort was because it's close to my friend's home in Seongsan-eup, there are not many choose unless you want to drive 30~45 minutes or staying in a B&B. We didn't choose to stay in B&B because we can't speak Korean, therefore we decided to stay in this resort! But we are very disappointed! 1) When we arrived, it's not easy to found the front desk to check-in because they don't have a sign in english to show where is the front desk. 2) After checked-in, they gave us a key and when we opened the door we were shocked! Because the room was mess, the bed was mess and towers was everywhere in the room and bath room. It was 4pm and their check-in time is 3pm, they didn't clean up and check the room before giving the key to their customers! I went back to the front desk and complain to the guy, they gave us another room but he was not surprised or felt sorry why not room is not clean! I believe they are always like that. The 2nd room door is a very old wooden door which has abnormal "wear & tear", the bottom of the door has missing a big piece. The 2nd room was cleaned up but I don't think it's up to a 2 star standard. We booked 2 nights for this resort but we decided not to stay there because of the room cleanliness and also worry about the safety at night. Finally, we found a small B&B about a block away which is much better this resort!

因电话号錯誤，GSP 找不到酒店位置，花了颇多時間尋找。但酒店房間如Apartnent, 有廚房露台，餐廳便利店，很方便适合家庭渡假。

우선 전체적으로 지저분합니다. 침구류는 펼치자마자 머리카락으로 가득했고, 식기류들도 제대로 정비되지 않았습니다. 그리고 예약바베큐는 안내문자는 2인기준 6만원으로 안내해서 예약했더니, 체크인후 지불할려고 하니 7만원결제하라고 하더군요. 안내문자가 잘못나갔다면서요.

직원분 친절 하셨고 현재의 시설(쾌적 하지는 않음)에서 나름데로 청결에 신경쓰신듯 합니다. 하지만 위층의 층간 소음은 휴가철에도 감수 해야해서 불편했습니다. 성수기 가성비는 좋습니다.

바다전망도 너무 좋고 시설도 깔끔한 좋은 곳 !
처음에 들어갈 때 부터, 건물들이 너무 예뻐서 우와 하면서 갔는데 키 받아서 방에 들어갔더니 더 맘에 들더라구요 ~ 물도 깨끗하고 너무 좋고, 내부 시설도 바다전망도 주방시설도 참 잘 되어있었습니다. 다음에 또 제주도에 온다면 방문해야겠어요 ~~~

해변으로 향하는 산책로가있는 리조트
리조트의 앞마당에서 매일 바베큐를 별도 요금으로 사용가능합니다. 또한 바베큐파티를 위한 음악 등을 틀어줍니다. 가장 마음에 드는건, 모든 바베큐 식사등 외부의 활동은 저녁 9:30분이면 끝내줍니다. 그래서 바베큐를 이용하지 않았지만, 쾌적한 수면을 취할 수 있었습니다. 리조트이므로, 기본 물과 같은 것이 필요하지만, 리조트 내의 24시간 편의점(07~ 24시까지만 운영)에서 구입 가능합니다.

시설은 호텔이 아닌 펜션 정도로 생각하면 될 것 같습니다. 제일 불만스러웠던 것은 서비스인데요. 예약 후 제주도에 이미 도착한 상황에서 여행 중 오후 2시경에 전화가 걸려 와 방이 없다고 취소해야 한다는 얘기를 듣고 어이가 없었습니다. 밤에 예약을 해서 그 시간에는 시스템이 제대로 작동하지 않는다나요. 제주도에 이미 와 있는데 그럼 노숙을 해야 하느냐고 항의했더니 다시 연락을 하겠다면서 끊더니 바로 문자가 와서 사용 가능하다고 하더라고요. 아무리 성수기라지만 예약 시스템도 제대로 관리하지 않는데다가 방이 없어 취소할 상황이면 최소한 죄송하다는 말은 해야하지 않을까요? 태도도 굉장히 고자세인데다 어투에도 미안함은 전혀 묻어나지 않았습니다.

가족끼리 묶기 좋은 호텔
택시타고 조금만 나가면 노래방이 있는것도 좋고, 방도넓고 무엇보다 욕실이 넓어서 좋습니다. 하지만 와이파이가 안터지는것 같아서 불편했네요
