It was beautiful and staff wonderful. But my parents, who are in wheelchairs found it difficult to use the bathroom in their room. I chose the hotel because it said accessible rooms. But they weren't.

The service was great!. The food was delicious. The transportation from the airport to the hotel was an excellent service. But what I didn't like were the sheets in the hotel room. First when I arrived at the hotel and upon entering the level of elevator hallway it smelled bad and when we entered to the room that we had reserved with a mountain view we could see some stains on the floor carpet but it was even worse when I wanted to rest due to the long trip from the USA I took off my clothes and tried to sleep in bed but a few moments later I felt a biting sensation like a mosquito on my legs and suddenly I felt itchy all over my body making it impossible to stay in bed. At first I thought that maybe it was due to allergic reactions to the sheets, so I tried to wear the clothes and rest again, but I felt itchy all over my body and it was impossible to get back into bed. so I called the reception and they transferred us immediately and moved us to a cleaner room, with hypoallergenic and dust-free sheets where we could sleep more peacefully.

It’s a gigantic hotel that overall looks a bit tired. The beach is not far away, but to get there you need to take a steep stairs with 220 steps. Food in the restaurants is crazy expensive, breakfast is 50usd per person, but at 100 meter from the hotel there is a great independent bagel place where we had breakfast everyday.

Nice pool, large rooms, clean service. However, they are money grabs... every step requires additional payment. It advertizes itself as having tennis course, etc. but using it requires additional payment (about $100 USD for 2 hours). Similarly, tooth brush or other toileteries are NOT provided due to preserving nature (but you can BUY them). Too expensive for what you are getting.

친구랑 둘이 오붓하게 잘쉬다 왔습니다. 수영장에서 치킨 주문해서 먹고 공연보고. 근데 스피커가 좀 별로여서 제대로 노래소리가 전달이 안됐다는. 그것빼고는 직원분들도 친절하시고 좋았습니다.

Great ondol room for a family of 5. Kids loved staying with traditional floor bedding and the pool was great. There are many restaurants walkable from the hotel and the breakfast buffet in hotel was great.
