The concierge were always very pleasant and helpful. We visited during winter but the room was a bit warm to sleep in, we asked for a fan and they had it delivered right away! Room was clean and the area was very convenient. I would come back.

I am not sure why this hotel has a 9 point rating; it should be closer to 61/2. Linens and towels are very clean but the room itself needed a good cleaning—traces of the last client was still present. Rooms are small. Good points: close to Subway; close to most things. I wished I had paid for a better hotel and have a more comfortable stay in Seoul.

Gently and nice Only things some how I was in room 1015 I feel hot so I try to place AC and front desk said open the window sorry because it is general AC the one we don’t gave control cause at this time of the year the AC haven’t re start but the thing is when windows open was noise cars peoples talking cars so nighttime is a little difficult to rest at all

Great location in Seoul

Location was GREAT! They had lots of shopping and restaurants around the area and it was close to the subway. The rooms were small but that’s life in the city… nice stay with a convenience store downstairs.
