First and foremost, the room was huge - we stayed in three different hotels during our time in Korea and this was by far the biggest room we had. We got a king-size bed, and still had plenty of space around it. Rooms are generally well kitted out with everything you need and a good range of international channels on the TV. One slight weird thing: the bathroom door was see-through from the outside, which made us rather self-conscious when using the loo! Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Hotel surroundings are good with plenty of dining options. There was building work taking place next to the hotel during our stay and the staff were apologetic about the potential disruption, but to be perfectly honest we really didn't notice it. Proximity to the main station also a big draw. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was excellent about it. Great and healthy staff that was able to answer our questions. The only downfall is that there was no microwave. I'm not sure if the rest of the in Korea offer the same but this was a minor issue.

Close to all major attractions and shopping area.
The hotel is very close to all major attractions, tons of cafe's and restaurant and also close to subway trains and buses.

In the middle of tourist attractions, but difficult to get to. There are lots of loud construction and hills that you must traverse. Do not trust the distance given in the expedia whats around because that train station was like a 30 min walk (uphill and not too pedestrian friendly) and palace was a 35 min walk. Ubering to and fro this property is difficult due to limited access to hotel.

Hotel staff were very helpful and welcoming, and said hello every time I walked through the lobby. The location is great for access to the train station and small local restaurants. The room was one of the best I've stayed in S Korea.
