Great view, great location, has a metro entrance in the basement, and offers a decent food selection. The staff were very helpful, and the bed was super comfortable after a long day of exploring.

The location is perfect. You can take either bus or train from the airport and it’s connected to the hotel. Public transportation are so close by you can get to all tourist destinations easily. Staffs were super friendly as well.

As others have said this hotel is difficult to find if arriving into Seoul Station, it's hard to find exit 12 and it's a long walk with cases from the Arex platform. Our bathroom was in need of cleaning and an update - the shower seal was mouldy, water leaked into the bathroom, and the shower head was stained. The towels were also frayed, thin and in need of replacement. On the last morning before checking out we also had a leak into the bathroom over the toilet so were unable to use it and had to travel to use the toilets in reception several floors below. We did not receive much of an apology when we reported this to reception once staff knew we were checking out! In the bedroom, there was a hole in the bedsheet. The dark wood colour of the bedroom was also quite old fashioned / oppressive. Service in the restaurant in the afternoon /evening was slow and poor, we wanted to order more drinks and food but were given a receipt to sign and the menus were taken away from us after our first order so we did n't bother and ate elsewhere having requested to see the menus and order more. We were given two bottles of water in the room each night of our stay and the fridge where you could help yourself from Reception was a great idea! Overall a disappointing stay.
