I recently booked a Junior Suite Family Twin room at your hotel through Expedia. According to the room description, it was advertised as featuring one king bed and one large twin bed, with capacity for up to three guests. However, upon arrival, the king bed was more akin to a double bed rather than a true king size, and the “large twin bed” appeared to be a standard single bed.
As a result, despite the stated capacity for three people, my party of three was charged an additional 99,000 KRW for the extra occupant. I have been a loyal Expedia customer for many years, and this was my first disappointing experience, primarily because the accommodations did not match the expectations set by the description—particularly the bed sizes.
To better serve your guests, I kindly suggest updating the room description to accurately reflect the actual bed dimensions if a true king bed is not available. Also, clearly mention that if 3 people occupied the room extra cost will applies. This would help manage expectations and avoid similar issues in the future. I would have been willing to pay more for a room that fully met my needs.
