Slept terribly due to bed bugs in the bed. Also, I wouldn't recommend the breakfast buffet, the food was cold and the selection was worse than the usual complimentary breakfasts.

Staying here was a disappointment. The hotel location was convenient to a subway station, but tucked down an unattractive alley. The room looked nice with some nice style elements, but it seemed dirty. The toilet was not completely clean and we needed to clean it some. They kept some cleaning supplies in the one closet with hangers for your clothes, so we used them. The room was humid due to the weather, but the AC did not seem to work. And we only had a fan that helped at night. We checked in late on a Thursday (10pm) and there were 4-5 older men who seemed a little drunk in the lobby which did not make a good impression. At least a couple of them ended up staying down the hall from us, but we did not see anything like this the next 2 days. We cut our stay short by one day because we wanted to stay somewhere nicer. I would have left sooner, but was worried I might not get reimbursed.

Wasted potential

This hotel has such a great design and so much potential to be great. Instead they've let it get run down and dirty. The staff were very helpful, even calling my room to let me know something I wanted to do was closed on Monday. They took the initiative to look it up and let me know when I didn't even really ask. Very thoughtful. On the down side, there were 3 big hairs in different spots on the sink and tub, and the drain was broken on the sink. Every wall was dirty with spots that could be cleaned but never have been. Besides the hairs it looked at least superficially clean on the surfaces and bedding. It was not expensive, so I guess I got what I paid for. I wish they would give this hotel a little TLC. The rooms are as pictured, very cute, but not kept up. The location was great. I enjoyed my jogs in the Olympic park and the Lake around Lotte World. Also there's a great dining alley nearby with awesome restaurant choices. The location plus the price plus the good service might make me consider staying there again, but I'd probably give someone else a try first.

I really like the location and amenities. It is 5 min away for both line 8 and 9. Line makes it easy to reach from the Express Bus Terminal. It's also a 20 min walk from Lotte World mall with dozens of restaurants between the hotel and there.

This hotel is so nice! Aside from the room being nice, the fabrics in the robes, towels, and bedding were nice. Not the cheap itchy type. The bathroom was also very nice with a large tub and 2 types of shower heads. I was also able to check in nearly an hour early without causing too much trouble. It was really a nice place to stay. I plan to return.

Great location

Great location next to Olympic Park and Lotte Tower. Plenty to eat in that area and close to two subway lines. Gum is fantastic but the bed is a little hard.

I loved it and I would recommend it to all.

This hotel has an excellent modern design and so unique. The spaces are used so wisely and everything blends so nicely together. It has a very good fitness center, and the rooms are so quite. Every thing in the room is controlled by one remote controller and it’s very near a food and restaurants area.

Minutes away from great Song-pa entertainment

Goods: 1) Polite staff. Immediate service. Quick check-in/out. 2) Coffee (espresso and Americano) and water station in the lobby 3) Comfortable bed and quiet room. 4) Electronic light and temperature controls 5) Toiletries, bath room, and complimentary water, sparking water, and coffee in the refrigerator. 6) Near a lot of great restaurants, singing rooms, bars/pubs, and Lotte World Bads) 1) Shower as a small sewage smell. 2) Large main mirror covers up a window. My room had a broken one so cold air came in. 3) No shower curtain, so water gets all over the place.

Excellent Place for the price!

The overall quality of this place was excellent. The room was clean and neat. Free computer and the internet access was useful. And the staff was very professional and polite. I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to this area.

The staff were nice and the service is just great. The room is clean and the hotel cafe serves good food. Awesome location just a minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Would gladly stay here again.
