I loved this property! For the price and location, it was amazing. The room was so spacious and really close to a subway line that is central in Seoul. I would definitely book again in the future.

I really liked this suite, everything in the room was new, the bed was comfortable, the washroom was nice. And the tv was suuuper big. Only thing for the suite that we booked is that there were a lot of different options for the type of room we paid for so you can never really know what youre gonna get. The pictures we saw had some computers in it which I would’ve loved. But unfortunately no pc, but at leas big tv. Only thing is I smelled the sewage a bit in the toilet room but at least I was able to close the door and I couldnt smell it throughout the suite. It seems like the smell is an ongoing thing in asia it was the same for me in Busan and Vietnam. Room service was great, the moment you leave the make up room light on as you leave they rush to your room to clean it, I think they have automatic notifiers. Really great suite, really good location. I’m a travel influencer and you can verify my review by checking me on social media, Jojitojii on Youtube, IG, and Tiktok.

I would have given 5 stars if the front desk was more welcoming and friendly. Overall Koreans do not like foreigner in their country. Hotel was nice and clean. Loved the shampoo and conditioner they provided. There is a rooftop area to hang out but beware if mosquitoes! The room is down feather everything, ehich made the bed very uncomfortable for me, but the blanket was comfy. They spoiled us with unlimited self serve bottled water! Note to management, be more customer friendly and welcome your patrons and you shall receive 5 stars easily! Been to Korea and seen it, dont care to go back.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room is spacious, comfy and they make the beds and changed the towels daily. Less than 3 mins walk to Jongno-3 ga subway. And the airport bus 6002 which cost only 17,000 wons is 5 mins walk away near to Exit 11 of subway. Plenty of choices of food around the hotel. Recommended!!

As a family we loved our stay at Hotel Amare. The condition of property was new and they had thought of so much about small amenities from providing free drinking water to high quality toiletries. There are plenty of dining option nearby and bus stop is walkable.

Located in great area but not easy to find down a small road. Hotel exceeds expectations with large superbly fitted rooms and top quality bed linen and features. Would recommend and stay here again.

The staff was very friendly. They were approachable and helpful. The sleeping area was nice, but the shower flooring needed new caulking after so much water use. The Hotel Amare shown on the site was not the one registered, so that threw us off a bit. The location was central, so that was very convenient.

I like the hotel. Good location, not far from MRT exit 1 (and 5). Staff was very nice, room was big and new, Japanese toilet, huge TV including Netflick channel. Internet was good, there was a little fridge, coffee machine and kettle. The room should have been advertised as “no window” - as there was a wall 1 meter in front of it. The included breakfast was simple (1 fried egg per person, mash potatoes, little tomatoes, banana, bread). Despite the window and simple breakfast, I definitely recommend the hotel and would come back.

Great value
For the price they charge, this hotel is fantastic. The room was huge, cleaned thoroughly every day, and was very comfortable. The hotel is really well located on a quiet side road among a busy neighbourhood - so plenty of shops and restaurants - about five minutes from exit 1 of Jongno metro station, which is on three different lines. The rooftop area is a nice bonus, and the hotel was a great base from which to explore Seoul.

This is a budget hotel. Good for the price. They have everything you need but if you’re looking for a luxury stay this isn’t the place for you. It’s tucked away in between several buildings. Even the taxis don’t like coming through the the small lane to the hotel. Taxis like you to go out to the bigger roads to pick you up. The hallways are dark and painted black. The room is painted plain white with black stone bathroom, toilet, and shower. The rooms are small and cramped without much room for luggage. It is right in the middle of busy old streets. It’s not fancy. Breakfast was nice. People at the front desk are nice and can speak English.
