Pleasant hotel with charming and helpful staff, great cafe and excellent rooftop restaurant. Breakfasts are mega. Wonderful kingsized bed, strange transparent glassed-in bathroom. Who needs to be seen in the shower or on the toilet?? On a hilly slope for those with walking issues, please note, but relatively near subway, and across the road from airport limousine bus. Many good cafes in area.

Hotel Cappucino review

Staff were nice and accomodating. The hotel was a bit dark itself as everything was grey which was their theme. Close to Enoju station (but that's not the super popular line). Would stay again for a short period.

I was impressed with the helpfulness, friendliness, and professionalism of the staff, most especially with Mr. Harry Hong and Boyeon Choi. Mr. Hong and Ms. Choi provided me with helpful answers to my questions and gave me information about the local area. In summary I'm pleased with my stay at Hotel Cappuccino, and I'm planning to stay there again when I return to South Korea.

Advertised as a boutique hotel with attention to detail, our experience fell short of expectations. The room we selected, which was not a basic category, lacked essential amenities and offered a disappointing version of what one would expect from a boutique design hotel. Several issues highlighted the gap between marketing and reality: we discovered two spiders and their webs in the room (indicating poor housekeeping), the bathroom blinds couldn't be fully lowered due to the window handle obstructing them (a clear design flaw), and the service was mediocre at best.
