That thoughtful gesture alone made me feel like a truly valued guest and it set the tone for the entire stay. I was very grateful for the assistance and at first, I thought that it was just one particular staff who was nice. However, all the staff that I have encountered during my stay were friendly, welcoming and always ready to help where they could. Their excellent service truly stood out and made me feel at ease. The accommodation itself was great too—comfortable beds, clean rooms and good amenities. It has made my family’s first visit to Korea a happy and memorable one and I am so glad I found this hotel. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Seoul!

Loved the location—everything is within walking distance! Myeongdong Market, Namdaemun Market, and Gwanghwamun Plaza are all nearby, along with plenty of dining and shopping options. The hotel itself is clean, the staff are friendly, and communication is easy even if you don’t speak Korean. A great stay overall!

Everything was perfect with the stay! The staff is amazing and always available to help with whatever questions we had throughout the stay. The room was sufficient size and the old cleaning lady was so friendly and good. During our last day, the staff was on site and helping me with the subway route at 1:30 in the morning. On top of this, the hotel name actually suits itself as you can literally go to all the tourist spots within 10-20 mins walking or with a bus(Multiple bus stops near hotel). 10/10 recommended for first time travellers!

The hotel was very central to everything. Bus stop and subway was close by. Tons of restaurants nearby as well as cafes. Walking distance to shopping as well as the Korean palaces. The staff were very friendly and spoke English. The rooms were very clean and modern. We travelled with a family of four, with the youngest being 9 years old. We would highly recommend this hotel, and would stay here again if we return to Seoul.

The property is just as described and shown in pictures. The room is clean with all the amenities needed for a great night’s rest. The hotel is conveniently located in an area surrounded with a ton of restaurants and coffee shops. There’s even a self service laundry on the second floor. The hotel is within walking distance to lots of shopping and myeongdong street food. Skincare and food galore. A special shoutout to the wonderful staff for their exceptional customer service. They are all professionals, polite, respectful, helpful, and speaks excellent English. They allowed us to check in early and helped us arrange for a couple of taxi van to pick us up and go to Seoul Station. They even helped us load the luggages onto the taxi cause the taxi driver was an elderly man. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Hotel is located at a convenient corner at the fringe of Myeongdong and near a few different train lines. Hotel staff were very understanding, helpful and friendly. My kid had an episode of vomiting in the middle of the night. Although the only staff on duty could not provide more assistance, he tried his best to provide us with extra beddings. The team in the morning helped to arrange another room so that the housekeeping crew can arrange for deep cleaning. Throughout the process, the staff had been patience and understanding. During checkout, one of the member also remembered to ask if the kid was better. Kudos to the crew!
