The location is decent if you are there for COEX exhibition. The room is pretty old and certain things are falling apart. However, room cleanliness is acceptable and heating system and hot shower all worked well. Room is a bit small but OK. The staff are OK but not the friendliest. When we checked out the male staff didn't even say thank you and he looked disinterested and after getting my room card he just threw it to the side. Maybe he was having a bad day or whatever.

Room was clean and staff was ok but the reason why I give only 3 stars is because there was no outlet in the bathroom so I couldn’t dry hair… had to dry in the bedroom near mirror but dryer cord was short so had to ask for extension cord… never seen a hotel bathroom with no outlet for dryer😱

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect — right in the heart of Seoul with easy transportation access to explore the city. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again whenever I return to South Korea. Highly recommended!

Hotel was really nice overall. Rooms need to be updated however. Ate at the restaurant and the food was really good. Hotel staff was friendly. Bathroom shower really needed a deep cleaning. But overall a good hotel.
