This was our second time staying with them. Great friendly staff members, and amazing high quality breakfast option really won us over. We came with our 14 month old toddler and they were very accommodating. Will definitely miss it and looking forward to coming back again in the future.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room has a modern design, and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean and well-maintained, which made for a pleasant experience. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. Although it's a bit of a walk to the nearest metro station, the convenience of having several restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores right downstairs more than made up for it. We would absolutely stay here again!

Very accessible to coffee and food to eat. I even got my hair cut not far at Juno Hair. The staff was very helpful. The coffee guy even left his station to help me load my luggage into the taxi. The Vietnamese pho restaurant across the road was delicious. To top it off, the price for the hotel was reasonable

It needs room clean properly. Lots of white dusts around the bottom of furnitures in the room and black fungi in the shower makes me feel very uncomfortable.

My family stayed for 10 nts and had an amazing experience. Nice location, close to the airport bus stop and the Coex shopping area both within 5-10 min walking distance. Plenty of dining options around the hotel on weekdays but many restaurants close on weekends. There are cafes, convenient stores and Paris Baguette bakery very close by. I want to especially thank two exceptional staff at the reception desk. Jung Suk (Jefferey) Chae and Seung Min Yoo for helping and accommodating all our needs and for being so kind and helpful. Thank you and we definitely would like to come back and stay at Ibis Gangnam for our next trip to Seoul.
