The location was really good! We were closeby to subway station, restaurants, coffee shops, mini marts. The ataff were very friendly, would recommend this hotel!

Overall, I had a great experience staying here. It was close enough to where I needed to go. The hotel was nice and clean which is very important to me and lastly, I love when a hotel is decorated nicely. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I had a pleasant stay at Lotte City Hotel Guro

Pros: Convenient Location: The hotel is situated near E-Mart, one of Korea’s most popular discount stores that includes a large grocery section. There are also plenty of restaurants in the area, and it’s about a 10-minute walk to the nearest subway station. Great Transportation Access: An airport limousine bus stop is located right in front of the hotel, making travel to and from the airport very convenient. Cons: Limited Dining Options on Weekends: Since the hotel is located in a digital complex area, many surrounding restaurants are closed on weekends, which can be inconvenient for guests looking to dine nearby. Overall, it’s a good place to stay—especially for business travelers or those looking for easy access to shopping and public transportation.

Great hotel for the price

Everything was very good. We had daily maid service, the beds were very comfortable. Close to several varieties of restaurants and starbucks. It's rated a 3 star hotel, but i rated a 4 star hotel. Staff were very friendly. I will definitely stay at the lottle city hotel again.
