LOTTE City Hotel Mapo boasts a fantastic location, directly connected to the subway for easy access, although there are a few staircases to navigate. The lift reaches the first floor, which isn’t sheltered, while the hotel lobby is on the second floor. Rooms, spread across the 2nd to 8th floors, are easy to find despite the building's unique layout. Security is excellent, with keycard access required for the hotel floors. Each floor features a water dispenser and microwave near the lift lobby, which is a convenient touch. The swimming pool has an additional charge, and while the gym is small, it’s sufficient for basic strength training. A supermarket in the basement offers affordable snacks and drinks, with numerous food options nearby. Cross the street for even more, including popular spots like BHC, Twosome Place, and Olive Young near Mapo Station. The Han River is also within walking distance if you're up for a scenic stroll. Additionally, the bus stop outside provides a direct airport limo bus service to Incheon Airport, making this hotel a great choice for convenience and accessibility.

Lottes to like about this hotel:)
I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. My only gripe was the fact that the sink design could’ve been a little better, when I would wash my hands I would always touch the basin of the sink. I’m a little germphobic and I constantly had to be careful not to touch the basin of sink. It was annoying. The gym was ok but could use better fitness equipment and I did like that they had a laundromat.
