Very clean, close to lots of shopping places, close to airport bus stop. Great customer service from the front staff and allowed us to store our luggage for a couple of hours after check out.

Had a week-long stay at this hotel, and was extremely satisfied with the location, check in process, and staff assistance. Those that love shopping around Hongdae will appreciate staying here too! Since it's so close to both the subway and bus lines, we had no problem traveling around. Only downside for the room is that it doesn't seem like the AC gets very cold, which may be troublesome during hot summer days. Other than that, the staff also helped book a taxi for us to go back to Incheon airport after checking out:) Thank you Mercure staff!

There was a musty smell on the floor we stayed at. The room was quite small and the lightings in the room was quite dimmed. But the location is good as it's very near to shopping belt. Service from the staff were really good though.

Good area. In the heart of Hongdae, so you're within walking distance of the busy streets, shopping malls and public transportations. Only issue is the area can be pretty loud. Hotel staff were professional and nice. Room would be cleaned everyday once you're out exploring. Overall, it was good.

The location was great. It was walking distance to the train station. There are plenty of shopping and food around this location. The breakfast didn’t have many options. It was the same food everyday. We booked 2 rooms and it wasn’t spacious at all. One of the room didn’t have a shower. Instead, it had a bathtub with a curtain. It was difficult to use the spray. Water would splash everywhere. Overall, the staffs are very friendly.
