A newly built hotel with great overall facilities. Everything was nice, but I didn’t receive the Expedia VIP benefits as expected, and there weren’t many staff members, so there was always a bit of a line at the front desk. Still, a solid stay overall!

Very convient, close to both airport, Airport Express line just below. Lots of nice local restaurants. New clean hotel, only downfall its far from central so it will take you 45 min to 1 hr to get to tourist places. Great choice of breakfast.

Great Hotel

Great hotel. Well located but a little rough your first time. But you will master. Far from center of town but since Magok is an amazing area no problem. Seoul Botanical at your doorstep and the LG Arts Center. Recommend. Id go again.

Overall nice. The buffet breakfast was delicious though it ends at 9 AM. A lot of minor inconveniences that add up. The housekeeping and communication were really inconsistent and I got bothered a few times on do not disturb. My first day there they also asked me to wait for 6 hours before check in (after an overnight flight), not letting me know there was an option to pay a bit extra to be let in early. Deliveries also can't be put in the floor lobby and so usually you have to wait downstairs for 20 minutes.
