Good experience - across the street is the transit station as well as coffee shops , Uniqlo and many mom pop shops in a walkable distance. Staff came by to deal with the sink (our fault) and Check in check out was a breeze. Super clean room + lobby + welcome area. There is a restaurant and cafe in the hotel. Wow card machine too. Easy to spot this hotel and there is tables/seating. Oh ...parking is available but not comp.

Spacious and good value. Right next to yongsan and sinyongsan Station. Not too crowded area unlike near Seoul Station area which is just 2 stops away. Well served by airport shuttle bus 6001 which is just across the road.

I recently stayed here for 7 nights and the hotel was nice to come back to after our long days out. The rooms were clean and had lots of amenities, but the bedding and towels were pretty rough on our skins and left our hands feeling dry by the end of our trip. There was a convenience store on the first basement floor with an ATM, which was very convenient for us. The area had many restaurants and cafes nearby. I would see myself coming back by the staff were also attentive and accommodating!

Great location- close to bus and subway. There is a duty free and mall next door There is a small gym for those who likes to exercise with a good view but have to pay to use the pool - which is not worth it

We found this location ideal for our visit to Seoul, placed within easy walking distance of various methods of public transportation and dining locations were convenient and accessible. Our second stay at ROKAUS Nine Tree Premier at Yongsan and we enjoyed it so much. Very quiet, but with the amazing I Park Mall right next door for great shopping. The Yongsan Train Station beside the hotel allowed us to travel to so many other areas. Loved every minute at this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at Nine Tree Premier ROKAUS Hotel in all respects. The beds were so comfortable, and the bathroom and toilet facilities were lovely - the rooms were so clean. All staff were courteous and friendly. I Park Shopping Centre was beside the hotel with a fabulous variety of shops and eateries, with Yongsan Train Station below. Only two stops in to Seoul Station. We used the rail system to visit other areas for shopping and sightseeing and found it very user friendly. The GS25 convenience store is in the hotel and was so well stocked and scrupulously clean. We loved our stay 9 Tree Premier ROKAUS and will return.
