The nouvelle Seoul hotel is very handy for its location, its moments away from itaewon hustle and bustle, if you’re a solo traveler or friends who are more social this place it’s great, if you’re a family or someone who wants more peace and quiet then this hotel may not be suited to you, its basic but clean, there’s a restaurant attached and a rooftop with great views of the city, I’ve stayed here before and would do so again because it serves my needs of somewhere close to nightlight, relatively good price and clean, there are other locations that some might find more appealing depending on their needs but this hotel is a decent choice if you’re looking into itaewon specifically

Great staff. They were extremely helpful and accommodating. Great location for younger crowd. The train and buses are within walkin distance.

A basic but stylish hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. Also the quickest and easiest check-in system I've ever seen. Located in a lively area with lots of bars and clubs, close to the underground and great shops. Great value for money.

The hotel was as reasonable, but I expected more for the price. What swayed me to have a positive view was the very helpful and pleasant nature of a front desk individual (Sammy) who helped with a smile for all requests.

The price was terrific and it was a good location. I was a bit Leary at first because I remember what the old hotel use to look like. When I arrived I was pleasantly surprised. I would stay here again.

Itaewon is for clubbing, so expect noise and messy streets. The hotel is modern, air con with bidet and full separate shower. Bedding was really comfy. Nice to find face masks in the bar fridge. Simple English was fine with the staff. Close to convenience stores, subway and police station.

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The manager on duty was very unprofessional, walls are not sound proof as you here your neighbours, unclean and it is not a HOTEL ITS A OVERRATED MOTEL!!!! There are no amenities — don’t waste your time going there !

Interesting hotel experience
Nice concept hotel, poor execution. The room was spacious and comfy. The bathroom was confusing, water spread everywhere. A bit dusty. Construction noises during the day, loud party noises on weekend nights (not a problem if you’re also there to party).

The area is good, the underground is close and the rooms are quite nice but I am really disappointed with the clean service, I asked the first day and I was told by Asian guy with glasses at the reception that it’s okey everyday they clean so I asked about what time we need to leave the room, he said it’s okey because they know when we leave the room as we remove the key of the door , it was weird but whatever we came back at night and the room was not clean, another person at the reception was so kind and moved us to another room, but again same problem, we stayed there 8 days anyways we got clean service , I have to leave a no the on the bin as I notice everyday they will come to the room only to throw again the rubbish , I had to put a note on the bin saying please more towels as no one clean we had to ask every time for new ones After being changed rooms they didn’t clean it so we went again to talk and it was the same guy with glasses, he didn’t help us at all, didn’t answer our concerns and questions I am really disappointed for that
