Super nice hotel next to the subway station for connections. Rooms are a bit on the smaller side but doable for one person. Very nice staff that makes you feel welcome! Loved the surrounding area since it's away from all the hustle and bustle. The only downside was the cleaning. I felt it could be improved a lot as the room wasn't cleaned well.

Above the average but not extra ordinary

For biz purpose, if your area is in Seoul, ok except one thing that you need to stay suits for free sauna. Honestly I didn’t like it. If your purpose is tour, not a bad choice to stay in Novotel. I say it is 4 out of 5 because the service is above the average but not extra ordinary.

Great hotel

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Very clean, and right across the sky bridge from the subway and train station. It was also next to iPark shopping mall which is massive. If you reserved a suite, note that check-in is on the 26th floor, not the first floor desk. There are special privileges for those staying in the suites, like free pool use and separate lounge. We didn't know about the lounge use until the day before we had to check-out. :( I don't recall being told about the separate lounge use when we checked in on the first floor.
