I had a great experience at “Princess Hotel”. The staff were nice and attentive. Very clean hotel in a great neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.
It's a simple, economical, clean modern little hotel in a great part of town (south of the river). There are plenty of things to walk to, and it's easy to get everywhere else by either taxi, scooter or metro. Staff are really friendly, and speak good English.
The only downside: The only windows in the rooms, if you get one at all, are tiny and in a corner. It's a big letdown for a hotel in Seoul, so If you can't handle that cruiseship inside room vibe, it's not your place. Oh yes, the beds are rock hard. I kinda got used to it though...
The hotel and staff were perfect. Location is great. The room was excellent. The only two things not good: 1) wi-fi is not good, sometimes you need to change wi-fi network. When I saw a movie on laptop it was stopped several times due to wi-fi problem and I chosen another wi-fi line. 2) in the morning a little bit noisy outside the hotel.

Rooms are quite small, maybe 10x12 for bedroom and living area. Only one very small window and it is not facing the street, very little natural light gets in, felt like a cell. There are better options around that are worth paying more for. No issue with the management, very little in way of amenities.
The hotel is located conveniently located near a ton of stores, the subway, and bus stops. The staff during my stay was very accommodating, and kind. You can tell it’s a 2 star hotel, but the staff and location more than make up for it. If you’re in South Korea to sight see, and explore, then Hotel Princess should be more than sufficient.
We stayed 12 nights at the Princess Hotel. It was very conveniently located in Gangnam-gu (close to Yeson).
Clean and tidy and the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The daily cleaning ladies were wonderful and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The only thing missing was a window but for the price and convenience this was easily overlooked.
The room was not as small as I thought it would be. Having no window is actually nice, gets to have a nice and quiet sleep. Hotel is close to subway station. Lots of restaurants & cafes nearby. If you're a KPOP fan, then this hotel is close to K-star road, and other Korean entertainment companies. The staff were all nice and helpful especially the guy who speaks english.
As many previous reviewers mentioned, hotel location is located at central of Apgujeong District and its so convenience that you can easily to spend out all of your money. But I would like to focus on the hotel manager, Mr. Kim, he is the nicest and professional person that I have ever met, he helped and resolved problems whenever you needed him, and he provided the help without hesitation.
It had coffee and it was next to two subway lines. 2.5 stars is a good way to describe this hotel - better than a cheap motel but it's visibly not polished. Review score takes price into consideration. Staff spoke English well. None of the local cabbies know what it is however, and it's not in many GPS systems. If looking for it using Uber, you have to type the name out in Korean.
Cute little hotel located in the middle of apujeon
I originally planned to stay for about 1 day due to some traveling issues I experienced. Princess Hotel was more than welcoming and they squeezed me in at the last minute. The hotel room is clean and neat, staff is friendly and can understand some English. The mall is a short bus ride away. H&M, Missha, Etude house, and a bunch of interesting local shops that seem to be popular. There is also some luxury shopping such as Louis vuitton that is within walking distance.
I stayed here for about four nights and I thought it was a really decent hotel for the low price. The area is pretty upscale and this was the lowest priced hotel in the area besides hostels. There is a bakery next door and a convenient store about five feet away. Banks and shopping are within walking distance. The only thing that bothered me after awhile was the fact that there is no window that allows light in. But I still highly recommend this hotel!

Great location
Great location. Comfortable with no windows in the room.
Nice and clean hotel, walk-able distance to the nearest subway station. Kyocheon fried chicken is just opposite the hotel. And The Min's cafe is just nearby!

Super great location great for shopping and bars!
the room size is really good at this rate. and the neighborhood is really great a lots of shops and a big department around also many many bars , nice coffee shops / bakery shops and restaurants . Super convenient location with only few minutes walking to airport bus station no. 6006 and metro stop.
The only one negative is all rooms no view , no any window view feeling staying in a closed room.
