We had a great stay. Room was spacious and the hotel has great amenities. Staff were very lovely. Only a couple of minutes walk to Myeongdong High street and Myeongdong station so it’s in perfect location especially for first time travellers in Seoul.

A nice hotel right next to Myeongdong station for easy travel. Very convenient and staff was very polite. Had everything I needed in the room.

Good location, Poor room service.

The hotel location is good. But the hotel services especially the cleaner part. Even when you put "DO NOT DISTURB" light or sign on, the cleaner will still enter your room to do the bed. Whether such service and behavior are acceptable to you, I, however, had scolded the service manager for violating privacy of customer room.

Everything was perfect. Hotel is close to subway, shopping street and food. The cleaning Aunty was very nice. She waited patiently for us to get out of the room so she could clean up. A very pleasant stay. A very clean and comfortable hotel.

This hotel location is ideal for those who want to stay in 명동 area. It’s a short walk via the underpass with escalators to the shopping street which is just opposite of the hotel. Hotel security is also tight as you would need the hotel card key to enter the hotel premises from 11pm - 5am (if I remember the time correctly). You have to book a bigger room if you are travelling with children. The cleanliness of the room is also maintained well by the housekeeping team. But no toilet amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste & razor etc are provided in this hotel. They only provide bath towels, face towels, shampoo & body wash. The price is also competitive as compared to other similar types of hotels within the vicinity.

Perfect spot for shopping, getting to public transport. Close to attractions like the palaces, cable car ride. Many places to eat. Clean n quiet hotel n staff are helpful when asked for help. Rooms are more spacious than others. Has usb charger points n universal adapter power sockets. Bathroom is huge but the shower in the tub is quite deep n hard to get in n out. It's also narrow n showering is a fight with the shower curtain. Also i think there is no way to adjust the thermostat n some nights it gets very cold or hot. Overall great stay n very convenient.

Great location!

Great location! Just across the street from the market and next to the train station. Walking distance to so many places. Only downside was when we asked for additional pillows, they asked what room them immediately said no more available as if our floor was not eligible. Besides that the service staff were friendly.
