I had a wonderful stay at Royal Hotel Seoul. The room was very clean, which is the most important thing for me when choosing a hotel, and it exceeded my expectations. The hotel also has a beautiful design that feels both modern and comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seoul.

Smoke smell

A non smoking room and saw the warning notice of fine KRW 300,000. But we smelled the smoke from the 1st time we opened the door. Never got better until check out. Should have asked for a change, but were busy for our plan. Room 1408 needs to be cleaned again with the smell

The hotel is in an excellent location, with great access to the surrounding area of Myeongdong. The hotel itself is nice, however it is slightly dated. With that being said, I do have no complaints about the room or service.

Fabulous hotel

Hotel was very nice and clean. Myeongdong is literally outside of the hotel and a convenient store. Made it for us as a family of 4 to get water and milk and snacks. The hotel staff were all smiling and greeting us, so we felt very welcomed. Thank you so much for our 9 night stay! It was memorable!

I booked a city view of place, at first they were trying to give me a different than the one on line. outside of the window was wall. Service only to 3 star, not to 4 star at all. far smaller then you think. Very traffic to going around . It is not family friendly at all
