This was the worst hotel I have stayed in for a while. They (housekeeping) damaged my phone charger and said they cannot take responsibility for it because the staff doesn't recall anything. Yet my charger went for fine that morning and not damage to broken when I got back to my room at night. So it was either housekeeping or someone else had access to my room?
Check in was a terrible. I had a red-eye flight and was there about 10am. Staff told me they have rooms available but quoted me almost a full night to check in early. And I wasn't a 1-2 night guest. I was there for 7 nights. Then I asked what's the earliest I can check in for a lower charge or without charge and was told about 2pm but if I came after 3pm she'll give me a high floor. I came back close to 4pm and guess what, I got a low floor.
So many other things were bad. Staff were pretty inconsistent with their level of service. Hot water in the shower didn't always work. Housekeeping sometimes didn't replace linens, water and mugs/glasses and by the end of my stay I had no bath robe or clean mugs. And no where to get them. I wasn't informed of the coffee, tea facilities available to guests until my 2nd last day.
It's really such a shame because the location was great and the room itself was fine. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend for anyone wanting to stay more than 1 night.
