Hotel located nearby subway station and lots of restaurants and convenience stores. Staffs were friendly and helpful. There are some upgrades and maintenance improvements needed. Only thing I don’t like is the noise of subway closed by.

Small room. Very clean and comfortable. Staff very polite and friendly. You can smell the restaurant food. Location was set on a very busy main road and convenient to all places in Seoul. Would recommend.

The staff of the front desk, Hwang was very professional and kind. I have received amenties and some snacks with 2 cans of beer which i don't drink alcohol but it was still good. I was expecting the special gift of cartoon character but received different gifts. The hotel and my room was overally nice but when I checked in and soon as I elevated 10th floor, the carpet on hallway was peeled off and smelled awful.

Came all the way from the UK, we’ve had an amazing stay. The staff are very friendly and speak English which helps if your Korean isn’t great, the cleaner is very friendly and greeted us every time we see her! Room is cleaned everyday and fresh water and towels are put out too. Facilities within the room and bathroom are amazing too! Will definitely be returning to South Korea!
