Conveniently located at walking distance from the Royal Palace in a business area with dozens of restaurants around. Very safe area. Rooms are good but a little small. Excellent breakfast buffet.

The location is very good, close to everything you need. Modern hotel with big, confortable rooms. Unfortunately, the walls are not well isolated and it can be very noisy. Above my room were some washing machines and there was constant noise from the neighbouring rooms as well. The bed mattress was amazing, but the pillows were thin and soft, so no sleep quality... Also, the hotel has free washing machines, but only one dryer. So it happened frequently that the washing cycle finished and you got a pile of wet clothes, because the only dryer was being used by someone else. Apart from this, it has been a good experience.

The hotel and staff were lovely. We found it to be a bit far from where we wanted to be. We found other areas of Seoul to have more food options around at all hours. It was also very hot in the room even with air conditioner on cold the whole time. It was hard to sleep as it was hot overnight as soon as the sun started rising and hit the building.
