I found used towels and shower cap in the wardrobe when we entered the room, had to call housekeeping to clean up the place. The room is also quite dusty throughout my stay. It is small but good for 2 pax. Besides that, it is situated in a convenient location, nearby subway and airport limousine bus and few steps away from myeongdong shopping street. For the price point, it is a good stay!

Standford Hotel is an excellent hotel with convenient location! Myeongdong street is just around the corner! Lots of restaurants / shopping just at you get down the street! The hotel lobby/ hallways always smell nice and inviting ! Rooms and beds are clean comfortable! Service is also friendly!

Unable to receive Hotels.com messages

We reserved three rooms again this year after having a great experience in 2024. Even though I notified the hotel in advance that my mother-in-law would be checking in earlier than me, the front desk refused to allow her to check in at first. Only after returning to the front desk and pleading her case was she allowed to check in before I arrived (late flight). After I arrived, I asked what the problem was since I sent a message several days in advance. He explained the hotel didn't receive all messages sent through Hotels.com. I'm still giving them four stars overall because the hotel is very clean, the breakfast is nice, and the gym sufficient. The location is great. We'll still think twice about staying again next year.

It is well located. Some staff are friendly. Expect self-service with luggage. Standard room is super small (a small double bed occupies most of the room) with a motion activated bright light to the small bathroom. So it can be quite disturbing at night. During our stay, there were strange noises coming from the facility room half of the night.

My family enjoyed 5 nights at the Stanford. I would recommend staying here. The staff was very friendly. Also, I would recommend buying the breakfast (most places are closed until 9am). The Stanford was very close to a lot of restaurants and the myeongdong market. For those English only customers, the hotel is in same building as the Apple Store.

Good hotel and well located. Gym facilities are pretty limited. Rooms are a bit small but liveable. Good hotel if you just want somewhere to sleep but not much more.

No photos to share as the room was only ok. I did expect a view of some sort but pretty much looked straight in on the building next door. I’m pretty sure my booking said city view when I booked and photos shown certainly were showing a window open with a view not the curtain closed because there is nothing to see. Room was comfortable and clean but is only a double and not a queen size bed but I was ok with that. There is a bit of a funky smell when I got out of the lift area of the floor but is ok in the room. It does have an air purifier in the room if you have any allergies. We did have the breakfast in the morning which was ok for the price but nothing too special. Handy if you don’t want to look for anything but it is only available upto 9am before you can no longer access it before close off at 9:30am.

I have booked 2 rooms for my family and stayed here for 7 days. Overall I am very satisfied with this hotel. Location: very near to shuttle bus station to airport and subway station. Room: It is quite small but it’s clean and tidy and with sufficient toilet stuff/slippers. Air conditioner is in good condition and quiet. Buffet breakfast: the buffet is very good with lots of variety, and food is of high quality and descent presentation. Smoked salmon is delicious. Staff service is good too. Overall I like this hotel and would recommend to my friends

The room was a bit on the smaller side, but expected. The hotel front desk was extremely helpful in providing directions on sightseeing and other information. The hotel location is excellent, and the breakfast was about average. There was a decent amount of selection for breakfast.
