Hotel very central located, only steps away from M-D shopping and food options. Room was spacious though the toilet was very slow flush. Overall, nice accommodations. We had our luggage stored at the hotel after checkout at noon because we had a 9pm flight. Staff very helpful at checkin, fluent English, assisted us with a taxi reservation to the airport.

The location is very convenient for tourist shopping and it’s near the line 2. The room is a little bit small for two suitcases to open properly but the overall experience is very nice.

Location was great. Lots of shopping and good food within walking distance. Very convenient. And property was clean. However, the room is tiny. I was alone, yet I felt cramped. Also, taxi pick up was tricky during rush hours because there's a busy bus stop in front of the property and blocked streets nearby. Taxi's cancelled on me a few times because they couldn't approach my location. Last but not least, my room had a terrible sewer smell and the shower didn't drain well. I had to shut off the water multiple times during the shower to prevent overflow into the bathroom floor. I requested service on it and when the repair man came he said it was because second drainage filter was still placed inside. He took it out saying everything should be fine, but the next day, nothing had changed. It was gross having my feet in standing water during shower. I only had 2 days left at the property at this point so I just endured the inconvenience. Overall, except for its fantastic location, the experience didn't meet my expectations and I don't think I will be returning.

Solo traveler. This was exactly what I needed. Clean room. Good reliable turn down service and very convenient location only 2 minute walk to train station. Check in on the 9th floor was confusing to find at first just not being in the lobby, so maybe they could add a sign for clear direction. Self operating laundry machines were nice. Breakfast didn’t look too appealing so I didn’t opt in for that. Room cleaners gave me 2 free bottles of water per day whether I drank the ones there already or not which was very nice. Also my room had a decent view.

Great location and place to stay. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was not good though, and shower drain didn’t drain well. I was also surprised that in a new building they want guests to put used toilet paper in the trash can? I’ve never had to do this at a hotel in korea, and I have lived here over 10 years. Also could hear people laughing in the room next door at midnight so not exactly soundproof. And the heat was at 24, which is just too hot for me, and there was no way to lower it.

Location: Cannot be beaten. Right in the heart of Myeongdong and within walking distance to many good restaurants and attractions. Buses galore. And the Myeongdong subway station is a very short walk away. Note that the hotel name can't be seen from the main road. The hotel is housed inside a commercial building across the road from Lotte Department Store, with an Apple store on the ground floor. So once you get off the bus or train, look for the Apple logo at the bottom of the building. The hotel lobby is on the 9th floor. Room: Bed was comfy although the pillows were a bit soft. Housekeeping was a mixed bag - there was one day they forgot to empty the trash, one day when they didn't replace all the towels, sometimes they washed the dirty cups and sometimes they didn't, and they took a few days from the time we arrived to give us a new bar soap. Note that the aircon is controlled centrally. Staff: Sufficiently polite and helpful. Shoutout to John who kindly walked us to a restaurant we were trying to locate on our first day. Facilties: There is a cafe, a snack counter where you can purchase cup noodles and drinks, and a microwave on the lobby floor. The laundry room is coin-operatee and open 24 hours. It's very affordable and one cycle of washer plus dryer will take around 1 hour. Just make sure to go in the morning, before lunchtime, to avoid the crowds which appear at night.
