Guests booking an Executive Level room type are permitted to invite up to 2 non-resident guests to the Executive Lounge during the week (excludes Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays) for a surcharge. The indoor pool, fitness facility, and sauna are closed every third Wednesday of the month. For February 2026, the closure will be on the fourth Wednesday instead (February 25).
Children under 13 years old are only permitted to use the indoor and outdoor pools with parental supervision. Children under 13 years old are permitted to use the indoor pool on weekends only. Guests under 140 cm tall are permitted to use the outdoor swimming pool only while wearing a life jacket.
Guests booked in "no outdoor pool access" room categories are charged fees to access the pool. Entry to the outdoor pool may be limited due to maximum occupancy policy. In case of overcrowding, guests may have to wait to use the pools. Guests cannot pre-book entry to the pool. Up to 2 sun beds per room are available for use in the outdoor pool area (first-come, first-served basis) and some sun beds are prioritized for guests who book exclusive packages. Children under the age of 36 months must wear swim diapers in the pool. Rubber rings must be less than 1 meter in diameter and are only allowed in the children's pool. Access to Urban Island may be restricted in extreme weather conditions.

Great staff. Clean room. I love the most of this hotel: there is no pungent scent( perfumy smell) in the lobby and other areas. I am glad that the Shilla is not doing what other five stars hotels are doing. I hope that they keep their own classic style and maintain. Looking forward to visit again.

대체적으로 모든 서비스가 동일한 수준으로 제공 되었습니다, 리셉션이나 정문 앞 직원들은 항상 미소와 밝은 태도로 맞이해 주었습니다. 말씀드릴 부분은 개인적 취향일 수도 있지만 침대 머리 부분 가죽시트에서 그리 기분 좋지 않는 향이 났습니다, 가죽 보호제 인지는 잘 모르겠습니다
