It was a clean, simple room. Good air conditioning. Nice view! Close enough to everything.

Chambre belle et assez d’espace pour une famille. L’hotel est très bien située et au 17e étage donc nous n’entendions pas de bruit de la rue. Seul point négatif, matelas très dur à notre gout mais pour ceux qui aiment alors ce ne sera pas un problème. Literie impeccable.

I was very happy to see that I could check in several hours earlier when I arrived. Was also given an hour later check out. Chose this hotel as it is near the airport did not expect all the wonderful restaurants, amenities of hotel and seaside restaurants. The room opened very nicely for a view of the ocean. When I arrive, the room was quite warm and I was told there’s no air conditioning at this time of the season to open my window and let the wind come in. it’s certainly helped. Night for sleeping with window open was very comfortable. I recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a beach experience in 20 minute ride to the terminal two airport. Receptionist was very kind accommodating spoke English very well.

Room was very dirty, carpets were full of stains, filthy. Half full drinks, candy wrappers and someone’s brush was left in the room. It had an odd smell- like an aquarium, probably due to all of the foul smelling rocks that were used as decor. Our view from all bedrooms was a brick wall. The location was great, easy access to myeongdong market and shopping. But other than that I would stay away.

Loved staying here again! Shops and food nearby and all the small traditional markets are within 15min. Myeongdong street is 45-1hr depending on traffic but Uber is amazing!!!

The staff were warm and attentive from check-in to check-out, going out of their way to recommend nearby restaurants and help with directions. My room was spacious and immaculately clean, thoughtfully designed, and quiet despite being so central. The beds were genuinely comfortable, and I woke up refreshed every morning. What really sets Hotel Sunbee apart is the location-to-value ratio — you’re walking distance from Gyeongbokgung Palace, Bukchon Hanok Village, and the subway, but prices stay reasonable without any drop in comfort or service. If you want an authentic, well-located, and impeccably run stay in Seoul, Hotel Sunbee delivers on every front. I’d book again without hesitation.

Great service from check in to checkout. Very short walk to the beach, shopping area, restaurants. Easy access to transportation stations. Highly recommended. Surely book again this hotel for another visit.
