The person at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast! The room was perfect. Very quiet. I didn't see an elevator for the second floor so you had to carry your luggage upstairs. No pool or hot tub. Overall a great stay. I would stay there again, for sure.

Pros: Good location, good checkin process, friendly staff. Nice variety at breakfast. Cons: No elevator. However I’d still recommend staying on the second floor. Our room was on the first floor and we could hear everything from the people in the room us. Unfortunately they were up late and up early in the morning which meant so were we ☹️!! The rooms could use a refresh. The couch was disgustingly with stains. There were rust stains on the shower.

Terrible experience

There were several problems with this lodging. 1) the smell of formaldehyde absolutely knocked me out! I was very concerned about breathing the chemicals. 2)There was a concert with extremely loud music. We couldn't open the window to get rid of smell . When I asked for a different room because of the issue, the reaction was abrupt and rude. Certainly will not go back!

Rooms were overpriced. Front desk rarely staffed..Free breakfast was OK but dining space was totally cramped and had minimal seating. Found out after the fact that there were better options available such as bed and breakfasts right on the water.

There was a good selection of breakfast choices, and the coffee was very good. The bed was comfortable. Its location is convenient and there wasn't traffic noise at night. The negative is you can hear the occupants in the other rooms. The first morning there were early risers (5:30 AM) and it sounded as if they were standing in our room talking. It seems there is no sound proofing installation.

On the Plus Side - One of the beds was quite comfortable. - The room was reasonably clean - There was a working fridge - The continental breakfast was more than toast & coffee On the Minus - 2nd bed was too unsupportive & soft to sleep on - The room smelled smoky (designated non-smoking) - Wallpaper was peeling everywhere under paint layers - The toilet paper roll was mostly used & disintegrated - The breakfast extras were of very low quality - The overall feel of the place was seedy We won't be back
