Regnum The Crown - All inclusive offers 358 air-conditioned accommodations with safes and complimentary bottled water. Beds feature premium bedding. A pillow menu is available. 65-inch Smart televisions come with cable channels. Guests can make use of the in-room coffee/tea makers and minibars. Bathrooms include bathtubs or showers with rainfall showerheads, bathrobes, slippers, and complimentary toiletries. Additionally, rooms include hair dryers and irons/ironing boards. Change of towels and change of bedsheets can be requested. Rollaway/extra beds (complimentary) are also available. A nightly turndown service is provided and housekeeping is offered daily.

The most amazing, family friendly resort. We did not want to leave. Kids club, restaurants, pools and all facilities were out of this world. The perfect holiday. Even in December with some of the facilities closed we had the most amazing time.

The facility was as beautiful as advertised. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. The kids club was excellent. So much so that it was always a battle to pick up our son because he loved the staff so much. Overall a great experience!

Отель потрясающий. Всем советую. Весь персонал был очень дружелюбный. Ozlem Hanım и ее команда была очень профессиональной. Система персонального ассистента очень полезная,нам это очень помогло. Номер очень чистый, очень стильный. Материалы были очень качественные везде. Вилла нам очень понравилась. Мы были в мае, все бассейны подогреваемые. Roof top Бассейн с великолепным видом. А ля карт рестораны нам очень понравились. В этом отеле есть свой мини зоопарк. Песок на пляже очень приятный. Много русских гостей, музыка на вечеринке нам и другим людям не совсем понравилась. Алкоголь был качественный, много выбора. Много багги машин, даже можно снять в аренду. Если сравнивать с другими отелями, то это точно лучший отель в Турции.

Harika bir konaklama idi. Odalar harika ve çok temizdi, çalışanlar inanılmaz ilgili ve tecrübeliydi, kış aylarında olmamıza rağmen açık havuz harikaydı ve suyu ısıtılmışdı. İş Seyahati için konaklamama rağmen kendimi çok güzel bir tatilde hissettim.

Das Hotel und die Anlage sind sehr schön designt und sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Allerdings lässt der Service zu wünschen übrig. Das Personal ist nicht aufmerksam. Lieber steht das Personal im Grüppchen zusammen, um sich privat zu unterhalten. Besonders negativ aufgefallen sind die Rezeption und Guest Relations. Eine Lieferung von uns für einen Geburtstag wurde in der Früh im Hotel zugestellt. Allerdings sahen sich weder Guest Relations noch die Rezeption in der Lage, unsere Lieferung nach Zustellung im Hotel im Zimmer zuzustellen. Stattdessen lag die Lieferung den ganzen Tag irgendwo rum und niemand im Hotel sah sich in der Verantwortung, uns über die Bestellung zu informieren. Die Bestellung erhielten wir erst am Abend. Auf unsere Nachfrage nach der Bestellung war das Hotelpersonal nicht hilfsbereit und schob sich gegenseitig die Schuld zu. Bei einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse erwarte ich eine gewisse Professionalität und Service. Diese Erwartungen wurden jedoch nicht erfüllt. Aufgrund der negativen Erfahrungen mit dem Service werden wir das Hotel in Zukunft nicht mehr besuchen.
