Sermoneta Vacation Packages

The only downside of our stay was the room temperature. The room was quite warm, especially at night, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay, and this was our only complaint.

Rooms were clean, staff were very professional, I always look forward to the breakfasts while in Rome and this was no exception, nice variety and good quality. About a 15 minute walk from the train station.

We found this a great place to stay for one night before returning home. Close to Roma Termini and the staff were very nice and helpful. It’s also very clean and quiet. The only advice I’d give is to increase the shower water pressure - it was almost nonexistent. Other than that, I’d recommend this hotel!

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. I had very low expectations for the included breakfast but it was fantastic. Homemade baked goods every morning, breakfast sandwiches, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, different types of breads, cereal. We were always offered a cappuccino. It was great. It's a bit of a walk from the city center but it's very doable and the public transit system is great. I will stay here again the next time I'm in Rome.

An Acceptable Stay, but Disappointing for a Luxury Hotel We stayed for two nights, and while the overall experience was not bad, I would hesitate to describe this as a luxury hotel. There was no doorman when we arrived. During our meal at the restaurant, there was only one waiter serving, so service was very slow. Our room also used an old-fashioned physical key, which made locking and unlocking the door inconvenient. The biggest surprise came at checkout. The bill included a section suggesting an additional tip of 15% or more, much like a restaurant bill. We spent approximately €3,000 for two rooms over two nights, so being presented with this request felt inappropriate. Although the tip was optional, I have stayed at many hotels and have never encountered such a direct request for a percentage-based tip on a hotel bill. At this price, I would choose the hotel across the street next time. The service and overall experience did not meet my expectations for a luxury property.

Although the rooms are small compared to what we are used to, the hotel was beautiful and clean. The location is excellent with walking distance to the train station. It is conveniently located in city center making it very easy to walk to most of the iconic sites one would want to visit in Rome. There are many restaurants in shops nearby.
