The room was exceptionally clean, including the floor (white napkin test). The staff was super friendly, and the check-in.check out quick. The breakfast is simple, yet with there was a good choice of all you can eat items: toast with a choice of cold ham, mozzarella cheese, tomato slices, salame, ect, mini-pancakes. They also offer freshly-baked croissant fillable with assorted jam, creams etc, cakes, etc. Plus, fresh squeezed orange juice, and other juices, and all type of coffees. The hotel was well located (close to the Uffizi Galley) and the Arno river (Ponte Vecchio).

Wonderful old building with character and charm. Set right in the middle of Radda. Be aware you can drive into the restricted zone if you’re staying at the hotel, for 20 mins. I advise calling the hotel before you arrive.

Excellent service all over Restaurant and Spa

Upon checking we were greeted by a lovely lady that gave great instructions on parking and use of the spa. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The thermal spa was very nice as we arrived after 10 pm after a long drive from Sorrento. We were able to relax and enjoy the water until midnight. The next morning the breakfast as absolutely superb. We walked around the town until checkout but are going back to the hotel after our stay in north Italy this week. Also it was nice that they had a dedicated parking lot. Our auto was very safe. Checkout was simple as we were in our way to cinque terre. Very Much a 5 star stay.

Everything was great! Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and a relaxing atmosphere overall. We really enjoyed our stay!

The view of the room is everything!! I cannot express enough how perfect it was. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A little tip: they have their own gelato and it’s absolutely delicious!!

While the bathrooms were clean I was very disappointed to see a stain on my bedsheets.
