Wonderful reception by Jose. Clean rooms and pool area. Didn’t eat in the restaurant but drinks were reasonable and served with a smile.

The property was original with renovated palace rooms and a very modern block for accommodation: it mixes well together. The staff are extremely attentive and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The hotel was well positioned in the centre of the village.

Excellent emplacement. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Partie de rue tranquille au moment où nous y étions. Nous avons apprécié être à Portimao pour visiter l'Algarve. Le.lieu était central.

It was so clean and a big room. Comfortable to stay

Spacious room. Very friendly helpful staff. Lovely view with own patio and sun loungers. Lovely beaches and lots of eating places nearby. Hotel too has many eating places. The nearest pool to us was very busy. Staff didn’t seem to check that people followed rules. Loud music. Officially not allowed, but at one time there were 3 different types of music playing at the same time. Reservation of loungers: not allowed but we found several times that even by 9am 80-90% of loungers had towels on them and no one was in the pool! One afternoon we didn’t find any empty loungers but many unoccupied with a towel on. A hotel booking system would have been better. It is quite a way out of town. You need a bus or taxi to go to Albufeira center
