I would like to start by thanking the wonderful staff who made my stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Madiha for arranging my second stay at the hotel and for providing me with a room that exceeded my expectations, which made my stay extremely comfortable. I would also like to thank Badr for the very warm welcome upon my arrival and for clearly explaining all the services available at the hotel. Many thanks as well to Shaimaa, who was very helpful and attentive during breakfast at the restaurant. Overall, the hotel is very good in terms of location, cleanliness, and service. What I appreciated most is that the entire hotel team makes you feel that they are always ready to assist whenever needed. It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

The hotel was very nice, our room was really spacious . My only issue was that it was a dry hotel, (no alcohol), and I didn't know that until I got there.

Not worth as a five-star hotel, more like a four-star at its maximum.

What I did not like was the floor at 4th floor Was getting wet all the time and the technician keep saying that was from the air conditioning Which was not, I turned off the air cond for 2 days unfortunately the floor was still wet When I turned on the air cond the floor drys They have insulation problems and not an air conditioner problem The hotel boss needs to install a proper insulation Nabila and an other lady did help cleaning my room and yeah I will recommend and I will stay here again

We were checked in by a lovely lady. She was kind, efficient and thorough. Our room wasn't quite ready so she allowed us to wait in their lobby for 15 minutes before being allowed to go to our apartment. Despite knowing that we were a 4 person group, the apartment was set up for 2. We had to ask for extra bedding for the pull out bed and. In addition to this, the kitchen was a miss mash of different things. There were not 4 of everything (cups, bowls, plates, cutlery) despite the room being booked and able to be catered for 4. The lobby and check in staff were fabulous. Maybe the restaurant, bar and pool staff could have the same training? The manager seldom smiled and the bar staff looked confused when I ordered water. The manager moved your things if he wanted you to be somewhere else. They advertise a pool but only have 5 loungers for over 100 apartments. Not ideal. Given it 4 stars as it was a basic hotel, a short distance away from where we wanted to be. I would not stay there again.
