Nice location, looks like it has been remodeled recently. The room was clean and cool. There was a little bit of a musty/mildew smell in the room which wasn’t great.

Everyone, the front desk, housekeeping, waitresses and waiters were friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless. There were towels and chairs available every day by the pool. The breakfast was good. It was always being replenished. It was convenient to have free parking. miss Piper‘s restaurant was delicious.

This was the best Hamptons we have ever stayed at! The service was fantastic all around from the daily breakfast to the afternoon poolside snack to the nightly turn down service and beyond! I will recommend this hotel to anyone I know that is heading to the Caymans, as everyone working there is really about making you feel comfortable and welcome. It was comfortable, quiet, attached to a fantastic restaurant, and in a great location. There isn't a beach, but that was ok by us! We appreciated being able to reserve beach chairs to take around the island with us. Will definitely stay at again the next time we make it to the island!

Very clean, modern looking property. Staff are excellent and go above and beyond. Free breakfast every morning was great. Location is good, close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Beach access is minimal and very rocky, but governors beach is a few minutes down the road and is beautiful. The hotel has a shuttle, and also has beach chairs you can use to take to other beaches. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

For me this is a 3.5-4 star. First off The staff were amazing! You couldn’t ask for a more accommodating group of people. Free breakfast was a nice perk. There is NO BEACH at this hotel- they do offer a free shuttle to take you to 7 mile beach which is great but to be honest had I known there was no beach we would not have stayed here. The rooms have been recently updated and they look pretty good, but ours smelled musty from the day we got there and it as that was through our entire stay. The beds were not comfortable for me but that is definitely personal preference. We had a great time but would have much rather stayed somewhere on the beach.

Excellent customer srrvice. The staff is very good, from the front desk to housekeeping, the kitchen staff to the shuttle drivers, could not ask for more polite, friendly and overall courteous service. The entire ecperience was just great and I will definately be back. The property is clean and quite pretty, especially in the back by the restsurant, its quite nice especially in the evenings. t The rooms are nice and spacious, if I have one suggestion for management regarging the rooms, it is to somehow get some vents in the bathrooms, aside from that it was all good.

Bike reservation is very unreliable. We had 2 bikes went out and came back for lunch before going out again, we had the lock keys, but when we were leaving again the front desk gave one bike to someone else without checking, ruined the plans for the afternoon. Noisy slamming door in breakfast room. Took a week to have staff look at it. Was not fixed by the time we left. Resort fees, for what exactly? No beach, a bar of sand with 6 chairs Seaweeds galore and no one removing it. Not impressed to say the least. We stayed at that same hotel when it was Comfort Inn and it might have been better then, sorry Hilton.
