Very good staff & room - poor breakfast!

Double privilege room was very comfortable, good bed and lots of space, including nice size bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful - really lovely people! They even brought two extra pillows to the bedroom at midnight. The only let down was breakfast. Cheap food items used and cooked breakfast options were limited - no fried eggs! Did not brave the sloppy solidified scrambled egg. Definitely not worth the £20 per head!

Excellent hotel, though you have to pay for parking, the reception staff said if you joined the hotel group (for free) I would get free parking. So I did and saved £20…bonus. Very helpful staff at reception. Excellent staff in restaurant, looked after us and were very attentive. Food was all Indian (unless you ordered from the bar menu) which was a bit disappointing, but the meal was very nice. We ate in the bar the second night where we had the meat free burger which was lovely. Over all great stay. Only down side was the lighting in the room was terrible, very dim, even though there was 4 lights in the bedroom area. Room was clean and comfortable beds, with warm quilt.

Booked & paid for 6 rooms. Got given the worst room in the hotel. Above the loading bay with noisy deliveries at 6 something in the morning. Incredibly noisy machinery running all night. Unimpressive.

The stay was nice and overall it was fine. The issues we had were all dealt with quickly by the general staff and hotel management who were excellent, very professional and helpful. Some of the supervisors were a little less so and this made for a disappointing stay. The hotel was dirty and untidy in areas and in need of a bit of updating. Food was amazing and highly recommended. It’s a shame for a hotel on Brands Hatches door step we had to request the F1 was shown not football! Overall we had a nice weekend away but there is definitely room for improvement

Great for the Race Track

This was our third stay at this hotel and we were disappointed by a few things. The first was they now charge for parking, which was previously free if you were staying at the hotel. They wanted £30 for our 2 night stay. We stay at many hotels, when following motor sports and this is the only one that charges. Our room was cold - only cold air blew out. This was also the case on our last visit in November and they told us they were having problems. Surely this should have been fixed by now. The positives include the hotels proximity to the race track, nice bar area, newly furnished - love the tables; good size room with great shower. We would stay again, just a little disappointed, especially by the parking.

The room carets was badly stained. The bed sheet was staines. Room servixe or front desk did not answer calls. The was a broken pool light and the electric cabel was hanging in the pool. It also cost £20 to park for an over ight stay. I wouldnt stay at this hotel again or recommend it

Room and spa immaculate but corridors really grubby by end of day . Be aware no lift so ask for ground floor if travelling with young children or heavy luggage.
