Don't pay for an upgrade!!!
When we booked the room we paid for an upgraded room with 2 queen beds. Upon arrival we were given a room with 2 full size beds. I went to the desk and told them the situation and they told me that it wasn't possible and they wouldn't make a change. They made extra money off of my upgrade. Not a great business straegy. We needed a longer stay but I refused to give them any more money and moved to another hotel a mile down the road. The only upside to this hotel is that the housekeepers keep it very clean.

Room was clean for this type hotel. Desk staff is friendly and informative. Beds were hard and on high platform. Very uncomfortable and hard to get into . Soap dispenser in shower had no soap. Tv needs raised up in order to watch while relaxing. Shower has low pressure .

Two and three bedroom suties. Great customer service fron Grace!!!! She is funny and helpful i Love her. The one thing the hotel could use is something to hang your towels on to dry.
