The room was very clean, and the beds were really comfortable. Location and parking was convenient. It is on a busy road so you do hear traffic at night. Nothing ear plugs don't take care of. Never heard the neighbors. The staff at check in was not rude but not real welcoming either. My credit card was denied unexpectedly (as was the man trying to check in ahead of me). The lady at the desk told me to try a different card, which I don't have. Then she said I needed to call my CC Co. (told the man the same thing). We both complied and were advised no charges had been denied. I let desk staff know it must be their card reader but she kept telling me it was because I crossed state lines - that this happens all the time with CC's. I tried to explain I had been in TN for 4 days already using my card with no problem. She just kept telling people the issue was their card & credit card company. What they need is a new card reader. Check-in was very frustrating.

Not a great place.

We got there about an hour before check-in time and they would not let us check in so we had to go do something and then come back and check in later. The staff was pretty nice and I would like to give them a higher score but the AC and heat unit was more in the bathroom so it took quite a while to get the AC to cool off the room. And the AC wasn't even on when we came in the room ,it was hot and stuffy cuz it was 88° outside .The bed was not firm at all so not a comfortable night's sleep. The TV was only like a 27-in TV so that was really small. Definitely needed more plugs and outlets. But the room was very clean. It's an older hotel and could use some updates. There is no Continental breakfast but they do have coffee in the small little lobby area for breakfast.
