Staff was very friendly and the hotel was actually one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed in in pigeon forge. We plan to stay here again in the future.

Great stay!
No issues at all!! Room was very clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and very nice. The location is great. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place for the money!
Stayed the night for a quick and cost effective get away with my daughter and it was a good place to stay on a tight budget! Would absolutely stay again. Air conditioner unit made a weird noise on and off throughout the night and that was the only reason I would not give it a perfect score. Front desk evening staff was so kind and wonderful!

This is an older place, but is clean and comfortable. It has the standard, basic amenities. The shower head height is a little low. The only real complaint was the 1st night of my stay, around 3:45, there was a dripping noise that woke me. Sounded like the shower was dripping, but it wasn't. The noise came from the AC/heater unit, which wasn't running. I turned it on, but it still made the same noise. I didn't sleep much afterwards. I kept the unit running and didn't have any problems the next 2 days/nights.

We just needed a one night stay and this place was perfect. With the money we saved, we walked to the restaurant next to it and we had a lovely breakfast. Everything was clean and comfortable. It is on a busy road so there is some road noise, but it wasn’t bad.

Good budget option.
I planned a quick getaway for my family on a budget. Mountain Aire came up as a good budget option. This hotel was very nice and clean, and the service was very friendly. The pool was closed when we visited. Flapjack's is RIGHT next door, so a cup of coffee and tourist-watching is fun. Our room was advertised as having a separate bedroom, which was true, but there was barely walking room around both beds - it seemed like it was one hotel room and they built a wall to create a "bedroom." If you're on a budget, and if you do activities outside the hotel all day, this is probably fine. For us, we like to bring cards and games and spend time together as a family outside of our usual tourist stuff. So this room was not a great choice for us, as there is no chair or table! (A small "desk" by the TV in the first room, but if one person is sitting at it, you can't walk past them LOL) But that was just us, the room being clean and cheap were higher priorities and we got that! I would definitely go back if it were, for example, just my wife and me, not the kids too.

Property was older but perfectly acceptable. The reason I rated it the way I did is due to the beds. We did not like the way they slept, soft mattresses. The shower head was fine for me, but a little low for my husband. The refrigerator was a good size for keeping our picnic and traveling food chilled. The freezer shelf refroze our ice packs. That was great.

The only complaint I could have is there is nowhere to take trash. Otherwise, great place for the price if you aren't looking for luxury. (We traveled with children so we were not.) I was impressed.
