The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable enough for a quick overnight while traveling. The rooms are dated and the clock in our room didn't work, but it was perfectly adequate for our needs.

The only complaint I have is the parking lot is very small. If you come in late and the hotel is full dont plan on parking in front of your room. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Didn't need AC but heat in one side of the room was inoperable. This was supposed to be a deluxe room. Paint in bathroom was peeling and the shower bar was broken. Only two small pillows on each bed. The alarm clock/night light did not work and we were told it was just there for looks. There was no overhead light in one of the bedrooms and only one small bedlamp. The coffee maker was very small and we were only furnished two little packets. I wanted to call before arrival to make sure everything was in order because I was taking my 97 year old mother and 85 year old aunt but couldn't reach anyone. The phone in the office was seldom answered. I booked this motel based on the high reviews, but thy must have been made 20 years ago if our room was any indication. If this was a deluxe room, I would hate to see a regular room.

Room 143 has 2 bedrooms. The heater in the first room worked fine! The room was warm! The heater in the second bedroom did not work! Room was cold! Heater needs to be fixed for colder days and nights!
