The front desk staff were excellent particularly as we had mislaid an item that they found and emailed us with the news. We liked the small cafe area and the walkable location. Rooms on the ground floor can experience customer noise travelling from the reception area but after mentioning this it did not happen again. Would return.

The rooms were comfortable and well stocked with free beer, soda and water, as well as expresso and chips. We even had free champagne. The staff was very kind and helpful on directions and suggestions. The hotel is right in the middle of all the attractions and restaurants. The only negative was that it was a little noisy in the weekend with the pub next door, but we slept through most of it.

Adriano Hotel
We really enjoyed the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and had character. It was flooded with light, with two (small) balconies, and a large window in the bathroom- all impressively sound-proof. The bathroom was spacious and bright, with nice toiletries and hospitality kits. The room had a kettle for tea and instant coffee as well as an expresso/pod machine that worked well. Also a mini fridge. The location was a little out of the 'thick' of the tourist area- though just a few minutes walk, which was good, and had easy taxi access. We enjoyed the convenience (and friendliness) of the cafe downstairs. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and would return.

Parking is a challenge and expensive. Parking is in a Parkade with an elevator for your vehicle. Each time you need access the staff arranges for assistance. Help is quick but not convenient if you need access to your vehicle readily. Restaurant for breakfast is pastries and various coffee. Our room was very small. Close to tourists sites so very convenient for walking. Staff were friendly and helpful.

They told us we had the deluxe room but it was very tight. The decor tried to be Victorian, but felt gaudy and cheap. The bathroom was not user friendly and there was not enough space to hang our things. Very dark.
