We had a lovely stay at AZZ Sevilla Torre de la Plata! The location is fantastic, right by the river and river walk, with easy access to transportation whether you're using the bus or a car. It’s centrally located, making it convenient to explore all the main sights of Seville. Plus, there are plenty of nearby options for food, groceries, and local experiences. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, perfect for a short stay. While amenities were a bit limited (e.g., TV wasn't working, minimal kitchen supplies, and no coffee/tea refills), we easily picked up what we needed at a nearby store, which was very convenient. Communication with the management team could be improved, especially after hours, but overall, it didn’t impact our experience too much. A bit more customer service would take this stay from good to great. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a central, convenient, and peaceful spot in Seville!

Central to everything. Bonus was the patio with the Penthouse apartment. Comfortable bed - no toaster but coffee machine. No salt pepper oil etc so take your own also coffee pods and sugar. Would stay again.

Great stay and great location.

Comfortable, clean and in great location near the cathedral and sites. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great for our family trip. Apartment had everything we needed. This was not a luxury accommodation but clean and comfortable is what I value (and apartment was priced as a value. ).

This property has a great location, but no front desk person can help you anytime. You don't see any employees there unless you have all the time to wait for someone. Maybe it is good enough for local Spaniards who know the city, but I do not recommend it to foreign tourists. And, one minor but important detail, despite it being reasonably clean, the smell was awful.

The apartment is beautiful. The kitchen is modern and it has all you need . Both bedrooms are very comfortable as well as beds and pillows. The bathroom is modern and very comfortable as well. I had to talk to the front desk on two occasions and on both the clerks was gracious, courteous and prompt. Excellent accommodations. Strongly recommend!

Well positioned for the cathedral, Alcazar, Triana, Plaza de Espana. A bit far from the northern attractions if that is a major draw for you. A number of express convenience stores and supermarkets a few minutes away. Hotel was really stingy about some supplies (did not restock toilet paper, did not restock coffee pods after we used the initial 4 provided, only provided 1 dishwasher detergent pack, we had to buy our own laundry detergent). Seems a bit myopic way for management save a few euros on our eight night stay that we are paying well over a grand. Our hot-water heater performed very poorly during our stay. Hot water would last for a maximum of approximately five minutes. Most times it would replenish when we try again after 30-40 minutes, but occasionally it would not. Our nightly shower routine for three people stretched into a two-hour affair every night with lots of prayers that it would work. We communicated this to the reception after the first night, but this did not improve at all during our stay. This location is on a horse carriage route, so expect the clickety clack of the horseshoes on the pavement, garage / recycling truck noises, and the usual people noises for the streetside apartments. The interior facing apartments I'd expect to be quieter. Despite all that, Seville was so lovely.

A very nice apartment. Although there are some room for improvement. The window/door to the balcony on the room facing the road needs to be sealed to minimize the noise. One of the 2 twin beds has seen better days. It’s a bit sunken. Otherwise it is very nice inside and perfect location to walk all around the historic area of Seville.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Property did not provide adequate linens until requested, and cleaning suppplies and toilet paper were barely enough for a five night stay, and not restocked . Location of the hotel is very convenient, close to Seville cathedral and main shopping area.

Below are some details and aspects that could be improved. Overall the apartment is very dated in need of refurbishing. Bed no longer have the headboard, sofa is lumpy & upholstery falling apart, mirror is broken, with the hefty price you paid you don't get laundry detergent, coffee capsules for 1 day only, kettle look very dirty (didn't dare to use), no dryer but did provide a drying rack, no early check in unless you pay additional fee, no housekeeping or change of towel with a FEE, you need to throw out the garbage, you can hear door slamming and constant horse carriage running at the front road till very late at night, foul smell on the street from horse urine and poop. Since the entrance is located behind a restaurant, you need to drag you luggage a bit on the cobblestone. There is a human being (some place has no reception at all) at the reception but the time are limited. You are just paying for the location. You are not getting any value in regard to service or amenities. With the premium price I am paying, I would expect more amenities and services. There were other places were cheaper at my time of searching. Book at your own discretion.
