The room when we checked in was dirty. We had to have the sheets changed because they were stained. The carpet had not been vacuumed and when we asked to have it vacuumed they used a smelly vacuum that didn’t work and the cleaning supervisor was rude. We needed to wash the dishes because the pans had food stains and the silverware and cups had fingerprints. It is too bad that had to happen because we were very pleased with the apartment and the location. Everything would have been perfect if the room was clean. The front desk staff was very nice and friendly.

Fantastic hotel and time in Seville.
We had a fantastic time here in Seville and also a fantastic time here in the hotel. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The rooms were cleaned very well every day. The beds were very comfortable and I couldn’t find fault with anything. Very central located for getting around the city sites as well as the shops. Would highly recommend this hotel. When I come back I’d definitely stay here again.

Wonderful, very clean modern apartment right in the centre of Seville. 5 minute walk to the Sentas de Seville and 5 minute to grocery store. Even though on Main Street, the windows were solid and no noise. Great little plunge pool on top of hotel. Welcome basket included some fruit, buns and water/juice. Would definitely recommend.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property was close to everything you would want to see/do. Only drawback was off site parking. Garage is a 5 minute walk but very tight fit if you have a mid size vehicle. Room had all amenities expected in a home suite arrangement. Highly recommend this for a stay in Sevilla.

This is a beautiful hotel, and it is immaculately clean, and in a great location for the use of busses, both local and the the hop on hop off bus, taxis, etc. There is a grocery store close by. I loved the rooftop swimming pool - small, but all you need. Lovely welcome basket, upon arrival, and daily juices and water and coffee were provided. Very kind staff. I would stay here again, without question. Highly recommended.
