Beautiful view and room. Had a problem with my linens but the staff was very attentive so I decided not to take matters any further. Super nice room and location. You can see all Sevilla from there. Definitely will comeback.

birds eye view sharper than and eagle.
The room was beatuiful and even though the air was not working when we got there it was quickly rectified! Pablo was very helpful at the front desk as well as the waiters in the bar on the 37th floor. The veiw was amazing.

Very good customer service - was allowed an early check in and received a complete breakdown of the amenities available and upon check out was asked if I required assistance with a taxi. Both were efficient processes with lovely staff members. The room itself was tidy and clean however there were some minor stains on the walls and the one of the blinds seem broken - this did not affect my stay however so was not too bad.
