We had booked a superior room and the room we had was very much less than superior and nothing like what the picture showed. I understand it’s an old hotel with many different rooms. They moved us after the first night and the room was staying and night and yet both were called superior rooms… it was dark, small bathroom, one sink, It should be considered a standard room. Room 112?

Hotel precioso, y cada espacio tiene un toque especial. Definitivamente espectacular. Personal muy amable y el desayuno muy bueno. La habitacion muy limpia y la que nos tocó tenia balcón y era super cómoda. Terraza con vista hermosa.

We arrived in Seville with high expectations for the hotel, and when we got there, it looked very nice. However, at night, when I went into the bathroom, I found an ant nest inside. I don’t understand how they didn’t notice the ants during the cleaning, as there were a lot of them. They were all over the shower and bathroom. When we reported it to the hotel, they didn’t even apologize. They sent a man to fumigate, and I had to insist on changing rooms. Even so, they never apologized or showed any interest in checking if the rest of our stay was fine. They didn’t care about compensating for the inconvenience or ensuring their guests’ satisfaction. I sincerely hope they fumigate the entire hotel, and hire staff who actually cares about their guests

This is a unique property with lovely decor that is all about music. The room was very nice and the staff were very helpful. The only downside was the parking. We had to wait almost an hour for a space to open up. Very frustrating.
