Would come back to stay. The staff was friendly and allowed us to keep our bags during the day. The balcony was a delightful space to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine. The maintenance was prompt and resolved a problem quickly.

The hotel is in a wonderful location. Close to the cathedral and 15 minute walk to the river. There are restaurants everywhere, but don't go out without your GPS, as navigating the maze of streets, alleys and walkways was tricky for us. The hotel staff was polite and friendly.Our room was old and in need of updating. It was clean enough, but in my opinion, in need of new furniture and updated bathroom plumbing. There was no hot water the morning we checked out. Seville is a wonderful city and of all the Spanish cities we visited, our favorite.

We were offered an upgrade to stay at the partner hotel Murillo reinos. It was very clean and the staff extremely helpful. We were abit upset by the fact we couldn't use the pool due to it not being ready , which wasn't mentioned before we went . The rooms were very spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast was limited but lovely .

Very convenient location in the old town near lots of tapas bars, and the cathedral etc. It’s a crowded area with tourists but didn’t seem to be too noisy at night. Staff were very nice and everything was clean. It was quite hot in Seville and the air con wasn’t quite managing to get the room cool enough at night. Everything else was nice.

This review is for the Murillo Reinoso hotel. Excellent new hotel, everything was clean with great service desk ( until 9pm). It has a very small pool that was closed for us, but they were preping it now. The area is fantastic, few blocks from La Giralda and restaurants all over the place. To consider: the hotel is in a walking only street, so you need to carry your bags for 70m. The hotel does not have food service on premise. We were offered paid breakfast in the hotel across the street which we did not use it
